JIN Annual Picnic Reminder

サンタフェ 人毎年恒例のピクニックが、今週土曜日12日に予定されています。ポット
ラックの昼食会、すいか割り、バレー ボール、バドミントン、盆踊りの練習など、いろ
いろな催しを予定しておりますので、ぜひご参加ください。ジャパンエイドとして集めて
いる 募金に添えて送るため、千羽鶴とメンバーの記念撮影もいたします。雨天決行。

The Santa Fe JIN's annual picnic will be this Saturday, July 12. See below for
specific information on the location and time. We will have a potluck with the
JIN supplying rotisserie chicken and water. Ramune will be for sale.

We will need salads, meats, veggies, starches and desserts. Please visit this

We will have watermelon whacking, volleyball, badminton, Bon Odori practice and
more. Please make sure to bring your own plates, silverware, hats, sunscreen, etc.

There will be a mini board meeting at the beginning (11:00 - 11:30 am). Anyone
is welcome to attend.

We will take pictures of us with 1,000 cranes to send to the people in Japan
along with Japan Aid money. The picnic will be canceled only if they close the
park due to fire alert. (At the moment, it is fine.)
