I need a squid expert

Not the cephalopod, the web caching proxy.

We installed and configured on an AWS machine, and it falls over under heavy load. It's an unusual application (not your typical use case of making the office network load cat videos more efficiently). 

Does anyone know a real squid guru? Doesn't need to be local.
