Leader Reid needs to hear from us all.  Our "Do Nothing Congress" NEEDS TO TAKE ACTION!

Just let the folk know that Sen Reid has to do this tomorrow. We want him to pass "Senate Resolution 4" (http://fixthesenatenow.org/pages/tell-your-senators-back-senate-resolution-4#.UPzOJeimD8A). 

Tuesday will be the only day that the Senate can change the fillerbuster rules. There are 4 Dem, who came up with "Senate Resolution 4", and they have 50 other Democratic Senator that will support them, but Harry Reid will have to put the rules up for vote. Right now he is talking about a water down version of the rules or not any rules at all.

With 51 votes the rules can be changed so that we can get rid of the 60 votes need to not have the fillerbuster, but only a simple majority of 51.  

None of Obama's federal judges have been approved, nor the AFT head and all together, I think, that 135 post are empty because of the fillerbuster. The Republicans want a Republican president to select the federal judges not a democrat so none have been selected.

Our government should not be run by Koch, Coors, and Exxon but by the people. If any senator wants to oppose a bill they don't even have to show up but just call in saying that they are now going to fillerbuster the bill and the bill dies.

When Nancy Pelois was Speaker, she passed 300+ bills and they died in the Senate because they couldn't get the 60 votes needed. But I believe that cabinet members and federal judges only need to be voted in by the senate.
