EXCERPTED:

Hi All,

If you haven't signed up already for the last big Get-Out-the-Vote push at the San Jose Office and intend to do so, now is the time to sign up. This is such a crucial, close election. We need to make this last push to make sure the President gets re-elected.

If you have signed up already, do bring your phone, charger, and a laptop, if you have one.  Also, it is a very good idea to bring headphones that plug into your phone (such as the ones you might use on an airplane). It minimizes the background noise.

The link to sign up is given below.

Hope to see you at the San Jose Office!

Ann K.

San Jose Office Get-Out-the-Vote (GOTV) Battleground Phone Banks

OFA San Jose Campaign Office is located at 23 North Market St., downtown San Jose. The parking garage is two doors away and is free on weekends (two hours free on weekdays) with validation at surrounding businesses. You can get a drink at Sonoma Chicken Coop next door or Erik’s Deli across the street to validate your ticket. Erik's Deli is a good place for lunch.

Saturday, November 3, and Sunday, November 4
Monday, November 5, and Tuesday, November 6, Election Day

Four 3-hour shifts to choose from: 9 am-12 noon, noon-3 pm, 3-6 pm, 6-9 pm.

Our calls are to Democratic supporters to make sure they will vote.

Important Note: the campaign is using the same link for multiple GOTV locations and dates in our area. After you click the link, you put in a zip code for a search, next you may have to scroll down the page to see  the OFA San Jose Office, and then you may have to scroll up to see a form for inputting the information about the date and shift you want to attend at the San Jose Office. This process may change because the form has been through changes already.

If you have problems signing up, contact Stephanie Rabiner at the San Jose office, 408-320-9048.
