REOCCURRING ACTIVITIES

Mondays – FHE, 7:30pm. 

1st and 4th Monday’s of the month at the Dunne building,

2nd and 3rd Monday’s at the Comanche Building.  5th Monday’s are Super FHE’s.

Tuesdays - Volleyball, 9:00pm, Allendale building

Wednesday – Dinner at the institute building 6:30pm, Institute Lessons beginning at 7:30pm.

Stake Announcements

Co-ed Adult Volleyball (age 16 and up) starts September 6 and will run Friday nights 6:30-10:30 at the Comanche building through October 25. Start gathering your team! Contact Dan Rhyasen at 445-8490 with questions.

 

The San Jose South Stake Art & Music Street Festival is coming on Saturday, September 14 from 4pm-7pm.  We invite you to display your art: painting, drawing, quilts, pottery, sewing, crafts, etc. or to share your musical talents on the stage.  All ages are welcome! More details & sign-ups to follow.

 

YW Camp Staff Evaluation Meeting has been changed to August 25 in the Comanche Relief Society Room at 7:00 PM.  This is for all adult leaders that attended YW camp.  See you there with your evaluation form filled out!

 

Upcoming Career and Job Events

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to send this reminder regarding the kick-off of the Morgan Hill California Stake institute class this coming Tuesday, August 27th, at 7:00 pm.  The class will be in the room just north of the building library in the Morgan Hill stake center at 1790 E. Dunne Avenue.  This semester, Sister Jeanette Stephenson will be teaching a class focused on the Pearl of Great Price.  This Tuesday, we will be having a dinner while Sister Stephenson provides an overview of the class.  

We sincerely hope that many of you can come and invite your friends.

P.S.  Brianna, can you please add this announcement to the ward calendar and future newsletters.  The class is scheduled to run from Tuesday, August 27th, through Tuesday, December 10th.  There will be no class the week of Thanksgiving (i.e. November 26th).
