OT: Cousin ISO rental house

Hi frisbee folk, 

I have a cousin moving to Santa Fe next month for a one year assignment with the National Park Service. She is looking for a room, studio, or one-bedroom to rent while she's here, ideally starting sometime in February. She has a housing stipend of $1,200 a month, so is hoping to find something in that range. She is an interesting, intelligent and responsible young person and recently graduated from college with a degree in landscape architecture. She has pretty simple needs and may be open to an unconventional option. If you know of anything or have anything yourself, please let me know and I'll put her in touch with you!
