Title: Sr. Java Spring Developer (Must be local to PA location) Location: King of Prussia, PA Duration: 6 Months Job Description: • Experience programming Core Java, JSP and J2EE technologies. • Extensive (2+ years) experience using Spring and Spring MVC. • 3+ years of leading teams of engineers through the entire SDLC • Proposes design approaches for review and agreement from peers and supervisor • Has delivered one or more products/projects to production/market • Has owned a major functional area of the code where they do/lead most of the development • Very competent in nearly all code-centered, detailed-design centered, and task-centered areas • Drives Software Compliance adherence on all engagements. • Coding experience using Web-presentation technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript), SQL scripting, and Unix scripting. • Well versed with industry best practices and design and development standards • Solid grasp of software development lifecycle best-practices, methods, and conventions, including but not limited to Agile/Scrum, Test Driven Development, Source Code Management, Continuous Integration, Domain Driven Design, and Dependency Management. • Possess excellent teamwork skills. Proven, dependable team leader. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Works independently as necessary Preferred • Experience in e-commerce application development. • Experience working with or developing Open Source projects. • Experience refactoring existing systems to design patterns. • Experience with Oracle 10g or higher, Web Logic 10 or higher. • Experience with MuleESB.
