Michael Rodriguez posted a job: Application Developer "Seeking an application developer to support all applications development environments, including troubleshooting, custom user management, and customization. Executes work associated with project plans created by Central IT Management. Must have application development experience using C#, Objective C, Java, PERL, ActionScript and JavaScript. Must be proficient with various database engines including: Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle. Must have web development experience: HTML, xHTML, CSS, DOM, Flash, jQuery, Mootools, and XML. Must understand technical and functional design requirements, and produce well-commented modular code based on efficient object oriented design. Must understand client/server systems architecture, and assist in data structure design, application coding, performance and stability testing, and security. Must be able to identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions, and understand the necessity of coding standards. Must have experience creating frameworks, templates and documentation for others to use, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time with aggressive timelines. Must have strong English written and verbal communication skill sets. Education and/or Experience Two (2) years technical degree related to personal computers and three (3) years MIS/IT or business experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Candidate must be familiar with development processes. Prior analysis experience and MCDBA (Microsoft Certified Database Administrator) is a plus. Onsite in Palm Springs, California" |
