Job Title: Project Manager Job Location: Rochester, MN Job Duration: 01 Year(contract) Pay Range: Open Job Description: Help the Windows 7 team roll out Windows 7/Office 2010 by coordinating the five stage upgrade process with department primary contacts. List of Duties: This is somewhere between a project management and an administrative assistant role. Attend two weekly meetings: Rollout Session (1 hr), Upgrade Meeting (1.5 hrs). Send initial e-mail/phone administrator of clinical area Present clinical PowerPoint at Kickoff meeting Work with department reps to meet with and answer questions regarding rollout process. Might coordinate information regarding computer surveys and training. E-mails, phone calls, meetings to coordinate information with department primary contact. Required Skills & Experience: Organizational skills, Being proactive Required Technical skills Nice to have Ability to interact with all levels of the organization Nice to have Communication Skills (Oral & Written) Desired Please complete the following and send back with your updated resume.
