Thank you for inquiring about Marina Cove apartments, this is Julius and Im helping you find your new home. I see that you found us on Mynewplace.com, were you able to take a Video-tour online?

Before I can began, may I ask what is most important to you when searching for your new home? As to prefernces..It could be that your looking for an upstairs or a downstairs? Washer/Dryer, closer to parking, size of unit, or more storage.
