Wine Tasting Event Featuring Iaon Pohlit of Rooted Vine Cellars
When: Tue May 26, 2026 at 05:30 PM to Tue May 26, 2026 at 07:30 PM
Where: The Good Land Wine Shop & Bar 4177 State St, Santa Barbara, CA 93110, United States
Why:
This Tuesday evening, May 26th at 530pm, come and meet Iaon Pohlit. Iaon is an artist at heart. He owns and operates Rooted Vine Tours, lives on a sailboat, and views winemaking as a creative expression. He is a firm believer in keeping his wines natural, with minimal intervention and a focus on organic grapes and biodynamic practices. Let me tell you that these wines are really amazing. Owning a wine shop, I have tasted almost all of the locally made wines...and Iaon's wines are at the very top of this pyramid. I have Iaon's Rose' and Pinot Noir in the shop, but he also makes Grüner, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah, and Grenache, and they are all excellent! The Frank Burgers truck will be at the shop flipping grass-fed beef burgers and making tallow fries, DJTK Custom Beats will be spinning vinyl on the decks, and we will stay open until to at least 8pm...so all of your Memorial Day needs will be met! The Good Land provides. Only $25 per person!
