Derek Koehler grew up on the estate and spent time in France studying wine...so come meet him and ask him questions about wine, grapes, farming, and the Santa Ynez Valley. Join us for a refreshing morning hike along the hidden trails of our 246-acre ranch. Wander through the wilder side of the property as you learn about the land’s history before it became Grimm’s Bluff, along with our sustainable and organic farming practices. The trail winds through a mix of shaded paths and open terrain, bringing you closer to the Santa Ynez River and Lake Cachuma, with a chance to visit some of our larger farm animals along the way. We’ll wrap up the experience with a complimentary wine tasting and some light snacks to celebrate the journey.
We will be hiking 2 miles with a few breaks and stops along the way, averaging 1.5 hours.
