Summer and fall are challenging seasons for our bees to find adequate forage. It is important that we consider this when planting our gardens each year.
Scot Pipkin, the Botanic Garden's Director of Education will speak to us about the "how and what" of creating a pollinator garden, specifically for our dearth season.
We'd love to see you in person!

Hi Tami,
Is it OK to invite people whose homes host my hives?
If not, that's understandable.
Is there a charge for the event or for parking?
One of them keeps asking me questions about gardening, and a different host has genus/species labels on his garden plants so he's into it. Chances they'd actually show up seem low, but if OK I'll invite them.
Thank you. Scott Bailey, 805-968-7006
