Minutes of the Meeting
How to structure our power team meetings and the rest of the month’s activities so that we achieve exponential growth above and beyond what we already do as a part of Sanskruti.
List of ideas shared
- Create soft copy with individual members profile which can be emailed to customers to actively ask for referrals.
- Create a single online webpage for all members with short description, picture, logo, contact details etc. All members to include this webpage as link in our email signature. Also actively share link with customers and asking them if they would like to be connected to any one of business partners. We will book a new domain for this one.
- Hard copy of individual profile which we carry for handy review during the meetings.
- When any member is meeting a potential customer or existing one they send the name of the person and department etc to the group email and ask if anyone would like to be connected to them and during the meeting the members tries to make the connection.
- Share Market information with the team. For example if you know any new company ( Hot potato ) coming into the market share it with every one.
- Approach Embassies and Trade center collectively as a trusted group to whom they can refer business.
- Identify more such entry points where we can get information about new companies entering into the Indian market.
- Each one of us to share with the team member our 3 close customers where we are confident of making a connect.
- Host meetings where we can invite one customer each and they mix with other members.
- Soft copy of members profile can be put on display in high visibility area at members office. This could be ported on a digital picture frame.
- Take exhibition booths at NHRDN or Invest India or other such events which has a high attendance of senior HR & admin professionals.

- Existing Clients served
- A brief Intro about the company
- Mobile Number / Email ID and website address
KRA for Feb
Following 2 tasks must be completed by 28th of Feb
- Finish 1-2-1 with all Power Team members by 28th Feb
- Have a Printed Docket & Soft Copy of the Brochure for sharing with customers ready.
Other Key Decision
- Formally calling our selves Enablers instead of Dynamites just so our customers/prospective referrals feel more at ease.
- Meeting fixed for every 2nd tuesday 8 AM in the morning.
- Next Meeting at on 12th March 8 AM at Mukul Jain’s office in gurgaon near Oberoi Trident hotel. On 9th April Power Team’s meeting will be at Ravi’s office in Satya Niketan
- Next 5 min member presentation during Power meeting will be focussed purely on building trust and confidence among fellow group members since we all understand that when we pass a referral we give a bit if our reputation away. By building confidence we are making it easier for other members to refer business to us.
- Making Enablers a big success will need a lot of work and each one of us will share responsibilities. Following members have already taken up
