Good Evening Enablers 

 

Sorry for the delay in sharing MOM held on 12^th March 2013 at Mynd Solutions office. Taking forward from previous meeting dated 12^th February 2013, we need to structure our power team meetings and decide upon rest of the month’s activities so that we all can achieve exponential growth above and beyond what we already do as a part of Sanskruti. Hereunder is gist of ideas and action items:

Minutes of the Meeting 

 

Members Present: Hemant Gupta, Samir Choudhary, Mukul Jain and Mr. Rakesh Arya (Mentor- Power Teams)

 

Item No. 1: Enablers Profile set-up and increase in market visibility of our team and its members:

 

1.    Create soft copy with individual members profile which can be emailed to customers to actively ask for referrals- All shall email details to Mr. Hemant Gupta by 20^th March 2013 in the format shared by Ms. Nidhi (Please refer mail dated 23^rd February 2013 for same)

2. Hard copy of individual profile which we carry for handy review during the meetings- The details mentioned in 1 above will be used to print brochure for our Team. The target date for the print material is 31^st March 2013. Mr. Hemant Gupta shall obtain quotes for same from Mr. Hemant Sharma. Quantity of the print brochures needs to be decided mutually and hence suggestions are solicited
3. Create a single online webpage for all members with short description, picture, logo, contact details etc.- Domain called www.enablers.ind.in has already been booked. This shall be up and running by 31^st March 2013. Quotation of Rs. 10,000/- has been obtained from Mr. Manish D’Souza. We need to finalize the theme etc. for our website
4. All members may include this webpage as link in our email signature
5. Also members may actively share this link with customers and ask them if they would like to be connected to any one of business partners
6. Set up “Enablers” on Social Sites like “Face book”, “LinkedIn” etc. The information collected above for each and every member of “Enablers” will be made part of our Account on Face book/LinkedIn sites. Please volunteer for coordinating for this activity
7. We shall create a memory hook for our Power Team “Enablers”
8. Soft copy of members profile may be put on display in high visibility area at members office. This could be ported on a digital picture frame
9. Take exhibition booths at NHRDN or Invest India or other such events which has a high attendance of senior HR & Admin professionals. It was proposed during meeting that a budget shall be created for such events/exhibitions in advance so that the funds can be optimally utilized

 

Item No. 2: Membership related item:

 

1.       We shall identify categories open for membership in Enablers and recommend same to Sanskruti Membership Committee. All Enablers will work towards organizing visits of as many visitors in these open categories. We may propose to have one “Enablers Membership Coordinator”

2.      Mr. Sukhdeepak Malvai is not receiving the invitation for the meeting. His eMail ID needs to be linked to our Power Team

3.      Mr. Abhinav Mathur, Mr. Praveen Mathur and Mr. Dhananjay Kumar Pandey: Power Team Membership status to be clarified

 

Item No. 3: 1-2-1’s:

 

1.      On-line link to update 1-2-1’s is as follows: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AquUGh966z1odE9tc0Q1UXV6SDdzMW92STktRUR4VlE&usp=sharing#gid=0.

2.      Members shall give priority to finish 1-2-1’s with all Power Team members by 31^st March 2013

3.      Plan for your 1-2-1 with Team’s Member in advance for coming weeks. These may be highlighted in “Yellow Colour” in our 1-2-1 tracking sheet on Google docs

 

Item No. 4: Generate Referrals for Team Members: Referrals is the core objective of our Power Team set up and we need to work closely amongst ourselves to generate more referrals. Attendance during meeting is necessary to achieve this objective. We observed bleak attendance this time and we all need to convert it to 100% collectively from next time.

 

1.      When any member is meeting a potential customer or existing one they may share the name of the person and department etc to the group email and ask if anyone would like to be connected to them and during the meeting the members can try to make the connection

2.      New Customers Information: During 12^th March 2013 meeting following prospects information was shared. The member(s) name marked against each of these customers will work towards opening doors for other members. Customers against whom any name is not mentioned can be picked up by any member:

a.       SS Group’s New Brewery in NCR (Samir/Hemant Gupta)

b.      JSK Engineering in NCR (Hemant Gupta)

c.       Air Asia

d.      Felcon Tyres in NCR (Samir Choudhary)

3.      Approach Embassies and Trade Centre collectively as a trusted group to whom they can refer business

4. Identify more such entry points where we can get information about new companies entering into the Indian market
5. We may create database of potential customers for members of this power team on Google docs for reference of all members. Please provide ideas for same
6. RFPs/RFQs websites, Tender Magazines to be identified which can be referred by our members. One such site suggested by Mr. Samir is www.mfg.com

 

Item No. 5: Customer Interactions and team’s brand building:

 

1.      Each one of us to share with the team our 3 close customers where we are confident of making a connect. Mr. Samir Choudhary will be coordinator for same. He will set up a database on Google docs and share the link with all team members

2.      Host meetings where we can invite one customer each and they mix with other members

 

Item No. 6: Education Slot: Mr. Rakesh Arya, Mentor- Power Teams presence during meeting helped us to understand his concept of “CARE- Coaching, Action, Regular, Energy”. During meeting he immediately created referrals for following members present in the meeting:

 

1.      Mr. Samir Choudhary: 1 Referral

2.      Mr. Hemant Gupta: 1 Referral

3.      Mr. Mukul Jain: 2 Referrals

 

Item No. 7: Coordinators: Making Enablers a big success will need a lot of work and each one of us will share responsibilities. Following is the list of Coordinators:

1. Treasurer: Mr. Ravi Kapur
2. Brochure Soft / Hard Copy Coordinator: Hemant Gupta
3. 1-2-1 Coordinator: Mr. Naveen Gulati
4. 3 close customers Database Coordinator: Mr. Samir Choudhary

Item No. 8: Next Meeting:

 

1.       Next Meeting is on 9^th April Power Team’s meeting will be at Mr. Ravi Kapur’s office at Satya Niketan. As many of members were not present on 12^th March 2013, we couldn’t decide on meeting venue for 14^th May 2013. Please volunteer for same

2.      We may plan for 5 minutes “Education Slot” and same can be allocated to one member in advance for next meeting(s). We can decide on this in our next meeting and take a final call

3.      We shall invite either one member of Sanskruti Leadership Team or any Power Team Captain as a visiting faculty each time. We can decide on this in our next meeting and take a final call

4.      Next 5 min member presentation during Power meeting on:

 

a. 9^th April 2013: will be focussed purely on building trust and confidence among fellow group members since we all understand that when we pass a referral we give a bit if our reputation away. By building confidence we are making it easier for other members to refer business to us. 

 

14^th May 2013: “Narrate a Customer Story where Your Company turned the impossible into possible”
