cerebral r notation missing?

On p.26 the second sentence in the right column says:

राजा तरति

and the verb the sentence - 'tarati' is the gu.na substitute form of
't.ri' but if you look on p. 24, you see trii, but no cerebral
notation.

On p. 23 it is stated that there are gu.na substitutes for .ri
and .rii but not rii.

So I think she is missing some cerebral notation.

There is a 'dot' missing under the transliterated root form तॄ - तरति ।
Remember, too, not to confuse the difference between the semi-vowel र and the short and long vowels ऋ and ॠ ।
