upaadhi versus "sarira versus ko"sa

both of these are defined as 'form' we also have another word in this
lesson , ko"sa

all of these 3 mean form in some way or the other.

"sarira I thought meant clothing or garment
ko"sa of course means layer as in the 7 layers of a person
I have never seen the term upaadhi before

शरीर - more commonly it means 'bodily' form
उपाधि - something that has the form or appearance of something else
कोश - you may wish to consult Monier-Williams' शब्दकोश ('dictionary') to get an idea of the many meanings of this word!
