I am working through this lesson and am not entirely sure that I am
pronouncing anything I am reading properly.
You can learn things better when you can put the character, sound and
meaning together in one package.

Tyberg's guide on pp. 2-4 helps but actually hearing the sounds is even better. Refer to the handout sheet that I sent you at the beginning of the course. It has several links for hearing the sounds. Also it is easy to find sources on the internet where you can hear the गीता, वेदस् इत्यादि chanted. That will give you a good feel for the rhythm of the language.
