If it does not affect the performance or load time, such autocomplete feature can be made part of Cologne website itself rather than a chrome extension. You can raise the issue at

I am one of the maintainers of Cologne dictionaries website. We can integrate this feature. Only hunch which I have is that it may be costly in load time.
