4. Convert to ISO by Find/Replace as below:

6. Save output in word.
7. In Paragraph, click/enable
8. Find and replace áá by ॥ (From Character map, Siddhanta font, copy ॥)
9. Find and replace á^p by ।^l (From Character map, Siddhanta font, copy ।)
[^p is paragraph mark, ^l is linefeed mark]
10. In Paragraph --> Spacing --> After -> set Auto/8 pt/6 pt etc.
This took about 30 mts.
