Dear List Members, I'd like to share a pair of projects I've been working on for the past few months, both aimed at greater understanding of Sanskrit works and their authors, especially through increased accessibility to e-texts. 1. *Pāṇḍitya* is an online graph visualization tool illustrating connections between works and authors in the Pandit database. It is live at panditya.info, and I plan to present a paper on it this summer at WSC 19. Blog post: Pāṇḍitya: A New Visual Exploration Tool for Sanskrit Intellectual Networks <https://www.tylerneill.info/blog-kalpataru-diaries/panditya>. 2. *SETI*, or the *Sanskrit E-Text Inventory*, is a metadata aggregation project that both stands alone as an open spreadsheet and integrates with Pāṇḍitya to allow navigating to online e-texts from its graphical interface. More info at panditya.info/seti. Blog post: SETI: The New Register for Sanskrit E-Texts <https://www.tylerneill.info/blog-kalpataru-diaries/seti>. May these resources be useful to you and your students, and please be in touch with feedback! Kind regards, Tyler -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
