Archiving 10k+ books with rosetta disk tech

We (mostly from India) wish to archive various texts to last over a millennium

using rosetta-disk type tech (details at https://rebrand.ly/dg-archive ).

Could you help us figure out how to go about it, and how much it would cost?

My efforts so far have come to naught.
