Hearty welcome to all who joined. Look forward to producing this proofread searchable text with all your help. We need to go about this in some organized manner - so that tasks can be transparently assigned and track, and so that corrections can be easily verified before acceptance. Hence, kindly do the below:

- I have sent out email invites to join https://trello.com/ocrcorrection . (We use trello for tracking tasks.) Please accept.

- Everyone needs to have a github account (We use github for checking and accepting corrections - example here) and join https://github.com/orgs/vishvAsa/teams/ocr-correction/ . Please create a github account and let me know offline so that I can send you an email invite to join https://github.com/orgs/vishvAsa/teams/ocr-correction/ .

- Optionally, join telegram channel http://t.me/sanskrit_ocr for faster coordination and doubt-clearing.

## Computer setup

Besides the above, (unless you are already computer-savvy and have other preferences) please set up your Windows computer (if you use another OS, let me know) in the following way, so that your work can be most enjoyable and seamless.

If you think you will need extra technical guidance on how to make and send your corrections, please make sure that Google Meet works on your computer (and send me your phone number just in case).

Thanks to the efforts of shrI prasanna (aka - vipranArAyaNa), we have split chapter-wise files - https://github.com/vishvAsa/kalpAntaram/tree/content/kANe/v1p1 . So, we are now ready to assign chapters for correction/ formatting (example task https://trello.com/c/aDzNPloN/6-proofread-v1p1-ch01 ).

Who is ready to take up a chapter? Though many people joined this mailing list, and accepted my trello invitations, only two people contacted me offline with their github account id (as requested below) and started contributing. Anyone else who's seriously interested may please do the same (besides finishing any pending computer setup) and contact me privately.
