बुद्धिमाविश्य भूतानां धर्मार्थेषु प्रवर्तते ॥
kāla evātra kālena nigrahānugrahau dadat |
buddhimāviśya bhūtānāṃ dharmārtheṣu pravartate ||
Conferring felicity or punishment, as the case may be, it is Time that always enters the intellect of beings and activates them towards dharma, artha etc.
