कालः मृजति भूतानि कालः संहरते प्रजाः ।
सर्वे कालस्य वशगा न कालः कस्यचिद् वशे ॥
kālaḥ mṛjati bhūtāni kālaḥ saṃharate prajāḥ |
sarve kālasya vaśagā na kālaḥ kasyacid vaśe ||
Time creates the creatures and Time also destroys the creatures. All are under the control of Time and Time is under the control of none.
