Team reps,
Please record your team information in google sheet link given below by July 21.
The Fall 2019 tournament is expected to start on Aug 17 and end by Nov 17.
Team fee is expected to be $450. A check  payable to "SRCA" is preferred.
We are targeting the following time lines w.r.t next Fall 2019 tournament.

1. Participation confirmation: 2 weeks (July 9 to July 21)
2. Payment, feedback meeting and Ball pack delivery: 1 week (July 22 to July 28)
3. Tournament format, rule guide prep, schedule prep: 2 weeks (July 29 to Aug 11).
4. Games start (Aug 17 onwards)

Additional reminder for teams to record entry in google sheet link given below by Sunday-July 21.
We had requested city not to close wrms, grms till thanks giving  instead of nov first weekend.
This is expected to be a regular tournament (full one round game) followed by playoff games and rankings will be considered.

Thanks for overwhelming response. We got record 44 teams confirming their participation for upcoming Fall 2019 season.
Moving forward to next step { 2. Payment, feedback meeting and Ball pack delivery: 1 week (July 22 to July 28) }, 
let's meet on Saturday (July 27) from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at Windemere Ranch Middle School in San Ramon.

New teams have additional $100 refundable deposit and ensure your team reps e-mail id are mentioned in participation google sheet so you are added to communication group. 
Other existing teams pay $450 fee.
If payment is through check, please have it payable to "SRCA" and bring it on Saturday evening as mentioned above.

If bank to bank transfer, please use the following information and remember to put your team in Memo.

Please let us know, if any transfer is made so we can verify too.
Please avoid individual PayPal transfers so transactions are all available at bank account.
