Identifying Old Addresses in Present Day SPA

Does anyone know how to find old addresses in SPA? My wife's family lived on Via Apprezzo during the 1869 census, but I can't find any street by that name on the early 20th century map on Mark's website and any present searches don't yield anything either. I'm guessing this road was outside of the town center.
