Salaam team

Here are the notes and what we agreed during our organizing meeting
Monday night (April 21st):
- The team wants to reinstate our regular meetings and want to put more
effort in maintaining continuity
- The meeting will be planned for every two months (instead of monthly.)
Osama to make the initial schedule.
- Adil will handle the sending of invitations and email reminders. The
invitation should go out at least 1 week before the meeting, then
reminders 2 day before and same day. Abdullah Al-Shafii to second Adil
in case Adil is busy.
- Abdulmajeed will coordinate with Badir-Incubator to book the majlis
for our meetings. Abdullah Al-Dibasi to second Abdulmajeed in case he is
busy.
- Social media to be managed by Sultan Al-Toub. Abduliliah to second
Sultan if busy.
- In the situation that anyone finds themselves too busy to do their
role, its very important to highlight that to the group or pass the duty
to someone else.

The next topic shall be: Intro to Billing Systems, by Abdullah
Al-Dosari. Osama and Hany to coordinate with this speaker.
