Voting on topics for next meeting, October

Here are the proposed topics that we need to choose from for the next
meeting:
- Mobile Networking Fundemntals
- Engineers transitioning to Management (presentation or panel discussion)
- SDN (Software Defined Network)

Were there any others I forgot? (I forgot what Wisam suggested.)

I recommend the presentation be limited to a maximum of 45 minutes to
leave us some time for other discussions.
