1 Sand washer and motor should be installed firmly. 3 Before sand washer that works with the jaw crusher start, move the rotor by hand, check the tooth claw hammer, and the rotor is flexible and reliable or not, shell has no collision phenomenon or not, the rotating direction of the rotor and arrow is the same or not, power machine and sand washer lubrication is good or not.
4 Do not change the pulley casually, to prevent excessive rotational speed result in the grinding chamber explosion, or too low speed affect sand washer’s efficiency.
5 After starting, sand washer shall work with the jaw crusher should first idle for 2 ~ 3min, and then go on feeding work after conforming without abnormal phenomenon.
6 Pay attention to the operation of the sand washer at any time, feeding should be uniform to prevent clogging the stuffy car. Don’t make the sand washer which work with the jaw crusher work long time overload. If it is found that the vibration, noise, bearing and body temperature, outward spraying and other phenomena, you should immediately stop and check, get rid of this troubles before it can continue to work.
