The following will show you the brief review of the development of the rock crusher.
The rock crusher was created after the gradually
popularizing and perfecting of steam engine and motor power machinery
and its history can be traced back to eighteen tens when the first steam
engine driven rolling crusher in the world was born; in 1858 in the
United States, Black invented the first rock crushing jaw crusher. And
later, with the development of productive forces, the jaw crusher cannot meet the need of crushing technology. So, on the basis of jaw crusher, Americans made cone crusher
with continuous crushing actions in 1878, whose production efficiency
was higher than that of jaw stone crusher with intermittent breaking
action; because of the need of man-made sand, natural sand cannot meet
the need of important constructions.
In 1924, the Germans were first to develop single and
double, two types of rock crusher, structure of which was similar to
the modern cage crusher. But no matter when analyzed in structure or in
the working principles, rotor crusher has characteristics of crusher. By
1942, the German Andreson invented the AP series impact crusher which
was similar to modern impact crusher structure based on the structure
characteristics and working principle of the squirrel cage crusher and
hammer crusher. This crusher machine had obtained rapid development
because of its advantages of higher production efficiency, processing
many kinds of materials, simple structure and easy to move. Then, with
the further development and technology improvement of crushing and
screening of crushing theory, coming out the three stage crushing
equipment - impact crusher, which could be used to crush river gravel,
granite and other kinds of stone.
The development of impact crusher
in China was relatively late, so not until to the last century 50's did
our country had stone crusher in real meaning. Therefore, most of the
crushing and screening equipment in China were born in 1950s. Before the
80's of last century, impact crusher made in china was limited to the
processing of hard materials, coal and limestone for instance. Until the
end of last century eighty's, we made introduction of KHD hard rock
impact crusher into China to fill the domestic blank of high hardness
crusher. But the technology is behind abroad for more than 20 years.
