When you are going to choose a suitable type of stone crusher , you will need to consider the processed material, the production capacity, the price and so on. Generally, the stone crusher consists of impact crusher, jaw crusher, cone crusher and so on. Each type could be applied to construction industry, road building industry, mining industry and so on. But sometimes different types of stone crushers need to cooperate with each other to complete a whole production line.
Although the production capacity of the jaw crusher is not attractive, however, it is an no alternative choice for primary crushing. It is used to prepare preforms for the secondary crushing machine and it could be used to crusher larger materials with higher hardness. In most situation, it is an essential equipment in the quarry. But its products are not suitable for high quality construction without reprocessing.
The cone crusher and impact crusher are more suitable for secondary crushing. Although the size of materials is limited, the cubic shape of the products makes the impact crusher become the favourite machine to produce more qualified materials. And due to its simple structure, it is much easier to operate and maintain.
