Firstly, every stone crusher has a feed hopper, which
is invert bevel-shape. And the hopper is set a wear ring that the feed

function of the distributor is to divert the feed, so that the parts of

impeller of the vortex dynamic crushing cavity and being ejected out by
the impeller crushed with high velocity. All these operation without
increasing the power consumption, production capacity and improve the

The structure of the vortex dynamic crushing cavity is
annular space with two cylinders. And the impeller is hollow cylinder
made by a special material, which is installed in the spindle assembly
upper shaft head. The impeller rotates with high speed in the vortex
dynamic crushing cavity. The vortex dynamic crushing can reside forming
feed lining. The crushing process of feed occurs in the vortex dynamic
crushing cavity. To limit the crushing effect only between the feeds,
the feed lining separates the crusher effect and the wall of the vortex

impeller.
And the main spindle assembly is installed on the pedestal and consisted of bearing, spindle and other components. The spindle assembly use to pass through the triangle belt from the motor power and supporting the impeller rotating motion. The pedestal is in the shape of a central for four prism space, and the space center use for mounting the spindle assembly and the two sides form discharging channel. The vortex dynamic crushing cavity, main spindle assembly, the motor and the gearing are all installed on the pedestal. The last part of the stone crusher is the lubrication system, which on the two ends of the spindle. Now mostly parts of the stone crusher have introduced above.
