23andme's improved Genetic Group info

I wanted to pass along something that might be of interest to this group. I've been a long-time user of 23andme and have been tracking its ancestry/genealogy features with interest. Today I saw an updated report with a significant improvement in precision. It now shows my Genetic Group as "Upper Kaveri River Basin", along with a solid description. It calls out places like Saligrama and Bettadapura, which is particularly impressive. It all but says the word Sankethi without saying Sankethi :-)

What I'm looking forward to (which will likely take longer than I originally expected!) is seeing more Sankethis sign up for 23andme and similar services, so we can get a fuller picture of how we're connected over the centuries, what clusters of genotypes and phenotypes we have in common, and other emerging insights to inform us better about ourselves.
