Criteria :-

·         Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified / Trained / Currently in a Black Belt Role
·         Should have experience leading 2-3 Black Belt Projects
·         Good Analytical Skills & Communication Skills
·         Should have 5+ years of total experience
·         Should be willing to work night shifts
·         Prior experience working in Insurance, Banking, Travel domains would be an advantage.
·         Referred candidate should at least be at EXL Lead AM or Manager equivalent position in current organization
