Knowledge platform {1st} Govt raises financial aid for rural housing/Indira Awas Yojana-IAY

Greetings!
With SANJHA SAMVAD now we are initiating a new concept on sharing information and building knowledge (in a concrete and concise form) on various government schemes and programmes mainly in relation with Livelihood, governance, skill development and capacity building.
In concern with the same here we are initiating with the sharing on Indira Awayas Yojana (IAY) for which recently 9th Jan 2013) central government has increased the amount for construction of houses for rural poor from Rs 45,000 to Rs 70,000 in plains and Rs 75,000 for those in hilly and difficult areas. The landless would get Rs 20,000 in place of the present Rs 10,000 for buying homestead land.
Please find attached guideline ( except the amount changed everything in the guideline is applicable-as till now new guideline has not come up) and document on seeking various information on RTI
