Greetings from Caritas India!

There is saying that to Badlaw ka ek dusare tak pahuchna zaruri hein ( It’s important to share and exchange development change process)  to have sustainable impact and impact at larger canvas. In line with the same Caritas India ( Caritas India is largest networked organisation in India working with 300+ partner organisations across India) is facilitating an innovative farmers conference from 25^th-26^th March 2014 at New Delhi. Yes! its farmers conference; we heard of conference of delegates, officers, bureaucrats  etc. but this is different-This is a conference by the farmers for the farmers and people related with development of farming.

It accentuates on:

·         Bringing small and marginalized farmers across India and across south Asian countries on a common platform

·         Strengthening concept of ‘family farming’

·         Involvement of women farmers and contribution of them in sustaining sustainable agriculture practices

·         Constructing ‘knowledge from the ground’ to strengthen agriculture based development programmes

·         On building ‘farmers institution’ at large at National level to address issues and concerns related with sustainable agriculture.

It’s a platform for farmers and indeed people from various NGOs, bilateral organizations, media houses, donor agencies, grassroot organisations, Community Based and Manged Organisations, Banks, technical institutions, agricultural equipment making organisations, corporates houses , students from universities and many other would be the part of the two day Pan Asia Farmers Fest (PAFF)-platform for  innovate-change and create impact at Diocesan Community Centre, 1 Ashok Place, New Delhi 110001

‘Caritas innovative stall space’

In two days ( 25^th-26^th March 2014) there would be ‘Caritas innovative stall space’ for development organisations/NGOs, Corporate houses, agriculture equipment making companies, banks, colleges etc . to show case development work  and for the same there would be charges of INR 10000 for two days stall space of 2X2 meter with all basic facilities.

But why you should book a stall in PAFF?

·         We assume to have more than 2000 participants from various places and it would be an innovative platform to share your work through ‘Caritas innovative stall space’.  

·         It gives you space to interact with various academicians, innovators, scientists, development programme developers to strengthen your ideas also

·         It gives you a platform to sell out your innovative thoughts to a range of people from funding organizations, to banks, to corporates to public in general

·         It gives you a space to establish linkages!

·         And finally it gives a space to interact with community from across India and from south Asian countries.
