New issue 15 by WilliamLin7: game crash to desktop

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load the saved game and proceed to next turn. game will crash before
reaches next turn.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't have any debug console open and didn't catch any exceptions. (I'm
not even aware if there's one in Civ4)
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
On win 7 64 bit (windows patches up to date).
Thinkpad T61. Core 2 Duo T7300, 4G RAM
Fresh install of ENG CIV4 from verycd.com, BTS, 3.19 patched. (I used to
have a Civ4 installed so I MIGHT HAVE CORRUPTED REGISTRY)
Only installed a couple of popular MODs (RFC, FFH, ..) and no custom mod to
game core.
Game started from scenario HoTK_68_64_194AD. I might have added a few iron
or something from world builder. Not very sure.
Please provide any additional information below.
The crash also happens if I run the game as administrator and in
compatibility mode (win xp sp3).
Game will crash to desktop with no warning or anything. As I mentioned, the
crash happens when calculating moves for other players, after the progress
bar has showed up. (I hope you can reproduce the error on your machine.)
Windows will report the program. Attached windows debug file. (memory dump
excluded).
Thanks for taking time and looking at this! It's a great MOD I really love
it. I have tried a couple of things in the game but it didn't solve my

To clear confusion, the debug information is from windows debugging tool
not from
CIV4 built in debug tool. Don't have visual studio on this machine so can't
provide
much help information. If desired I can install VS and provide more info.
