Must Have Skills

• 5+ years with Node.js and serverless framework
• Experience with Graphql Server AWS AppSync

 

Nice to have skills

• Extensive experience with various levels of testing e.g. unit, integration, end-to-end
• Experience in RESTful API design and implementation, with a solid understanding of REST principles and best practices

 

Detailed Job Description

• Experience is developing NodeJS applications
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code in Node.js for back-end services
• Able to understand the requirements and design, develop and deliver the APIs adhering to best design, development and security best practices
• Strong knowledge on Data Structures and Algorithms to be able to develop complex business logic
• Knowledge of making outbound REST calls from NodeJS to interact with external systems preferred
• Experience in working with ReactJS front end preferred
• Strong focus on following security best practices in API development must
• Proficiency in Node.js including framework
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and other communication protocols
• Proficiency in integrating third-party APIs, web services, and microservices into Node.js applications.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with front-end developers.
• Ecommerce Experience is must

 

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute

• Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies and Agile development practices, with experience working in cross functional teams
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
