NOTE: Generation of Consolidated Report is a TIME CONSUMING PROCESS. All offices are advised to generate this report after completing the daily routines like DAY-END process, Database Backup, etc.

Preparatory work for migration to CBS


  • File generated by this tool should be uploaded to the CBS Monitoring Website using the
    Post Office user id and password, as and when the option to upload is made available.
  • Otherwise please create the file with help of System Administrator and send to D.O. 
  • DPT requires JRE 1.7 (Java). Please ensure for the same.
  • Run DPT on server system only.


Please clear all discrepancies as CBS Pre Migration is in full swing. Don't leave office without completion of RD Bulk Posting. Office In charge will be held responsible for any lapses.
Please treat this most urgent.
If any doubts please feel free to approch SAs, D.O. CBS Team, Sub Divisional heads,
Data Profiling Tool and latest DB Analyzer should be installed on or before 15.10.2013 as per target date given by Hon'ble PMG Goa.

Target date is already over please expedite and submit compliance report as R.O. is pressing hard.
Further R.O. has directed to install DATACR in all post offices within 3 days. All are therefore requested to go through attached files and follow the instructions to implemate DATACR in each and every office.
R.O. is daily monitoring hence please treat this most urgent.
