The procedure for using the Scripts is as follows:

Testing the Revised MNOP Script:

· An offline testing is preferred in the Speed Net installation at one such testing facility at CO or RO, to check whether the Pin Range Mapping requirement is correctly met.

· Testing may please be done after downloading and updating to local DB with the latest Office Data of respective Circle from SPC site and executing the MNOP Script. Please check the Close Bag option for the availability of all offices as per requirement and compare the same with the Hub Details data provided in the SpeedNet -> Supervisor -> Master -> Hub Details option.

· If any Office is not found in the list of offices in Close Bag option then do the following:

Ø Login to SPC Site

Go to Linked Offices -> Modify Office Name Option -> Type the Pin Code of the Office and Fetch.

Ø If the Office is existing then check whether the Office is a delivery office.

Ø If it is NOT a delivery office, send the office details in the format available at ftp://ftp.ptcinfo.org/SpeedNet/ with a request for change of status to delivery to sup...@ceptmysore.net

· If the office is a delivery office, then take the screen print of the details of the office and send the same to sup...@ceptmysore.net with email subject as - "Mapped Office not appearing in Close Bag." for further checking.

The following action is required to be taken in Maharashtra Circle:

Ø All Sorting Hubs and Intra Circle Hubs in the Circle need to run the new SpeedNet MNOP Script(SpeedNet_MNOP_HUB_UPDATE_25072013.EXL)

Ø All Post Offices using only Point of Sale (booking offices) in the Circle need to run the new Point of Sale MNOP Script (POS_MNOP_HUB_UPDATE_25072013.EXL)

Ø All Post Offices using both Point of Sale and SpeedNet (delivery offices) in the Circle need to run both Scripts (POS_MNOP_HUB_UPDATE_25072013.EXL and SpeedNet_MNOP_HUB_UPDATE_25072013.EXL)

In this regards it is to submit that booking & delivery POs of Sangli Districts which are presently mapped with Kolhapur IC Hub (under Pune National Hub) will be remapped to proposed Miraj Intra Cirlce Hub (under Pune National Hub).
