To confirm the balances in the passbook with POST OFFICE record the passbook verification is an important tool however, most of the offices have kept this tool in a locked cuplboard, due to this, presently there is no check on balances and in many offices many pasbooks are yet to be checked, kindly once again instruct all to utilize the tool and complete 100 percent verification through it.

Also arrange to take officewise review and submit the consolidated report for the perusal within 3 days.
