Sir,

          This is to submit that all said 21 eMOs were refused by Nepal Post. It is requested to kindly send necessary instructions to circles not to book any eMOs to Nepal until further instructions as it is observed that yesterday also eMOs were booked by Kalyan City HO to Kathmandu GPO.
