This year Chinese New Year falls on Valentine's Day. Look for

The last weekend in February is the biggest with loads of
activities including the San Francisco Symphony Chinese New
Year Concert, Chinatown Community Street Fair, Chinese Culture
Center Spring Festival, and everyone's favorite
Chinese New Year Parade.
