Nandan 'One-Shot Nandu' Kamthekar (Neil Nitin Mukesh) is a boxer who fights in illegal matches organized by Usmaan Bhai (Piyush Mishra), a local gangster. Nandu has a special skill of knocking out his opponents with one punch while being blindfolded. He is loyal to Usmaan Bhai and does his bidding without question.
One night, Nandu is driving Usmaan Bhai's car when he accidentally hits Pinky, who was crossing the road. Pinky suffers a head injury and loses her eyesight. Nandu feels guilty and decides to help her recover. He takes her to a hospital and pays for her treatment. He also visits her regularly and tries to cheer her up. He learns that Pinky was a skater and had a dream of participating in the talent show. He decides to train her to see with her other senses and help her achieve her goal.
Pinky initially resents Nandu for ruining her life, but gradually warms up to him. She agrees to let him teach her how to use sound, smell, touch and intuition to navigate the world. She also teaches him how to skate and convinces him to be her partner in the show. They practice together and develop a close bond. They also face some obstacles from Usmaan Bhai, who wants Nandu to continue fighting for him, and Inspector Keki Sethna (Manish Choudhary), who is investigating the hit-and-run case.
As the show approaches, Pinky and Nandu confess their love for each other. They perform their skating act on the stage, impressing the judges and the audience. However, before they can receive their results, Nandu is arrested by Inspector Sethna, who has found evidence linking him to the accident. Pinky is shocked and heartbroken. She also learns that Nandu had lied to her about his identity and occupation.
Nandu is taken to court, where he pleads guilty and asks for forgiveness from Pinky. He also reveals that he had donated his eyes to Pinky after the accident, hoping that she would regain her vision someday. Pinky is stunned and touched by his sacrifice. She forgives him and tells him that she loves him more than anything. The judge is moved by their story and gives Nandu a lenient sentence of two years in prison.
The film ends with Pinky visiting Nandu in jail after two years. She has regained her eyesight thanks to Nandu's donation. She tells him that she has won the talent show and has become a famous skater. She also tells him that she has been waiting for him and wants to marry him. Nandu is overjoyed and hugs her. They walk out of the prison hand in hand, ready to start a new life together.
