Membership Renewal Time!

Hi All,

It’s that time of year again...Membership Sign up time! 

 

Fully Paid up Members (€50) will avail of the following;

1. Swim Ireland membership for the 2017/18 calendar year which you will need for galas and some swims for the 2018 calendar.

2. Voting rights at the upcoming Club AGM (date TBC in, Kinsale)

3. Car Sticker (if you are a new member)

4. Sandycove Members 2017/18 Mailing List

Renewing Members

1. Sign up via the active link at http://www.active.com/kinsale-cocork/water-sports/swimming/membership-sandycove-island-swim-club-8-season-2017 I will then email you to confirm your membership and Swim Ireland number (if full member) Social members will simply receive a confirmation email.

 

New & Transferring Members

1. If this is your first year looking to join us please complete the below steps before you sign up Via Activ

   1. Email Ned ned.d...@corkopenwater.com with your OW swimming experience. He will make the decision regarding your entry to the Club

   2. Once you have this;

      1. For transferring Club members- obtain a letter of release from your current clubs secretary and send onto me with the membership form, see  http://sandycoveswimmers.com/sandycove-island-swim-club/#Documents   (and attached in this email) and pay through the Activ link

      2. For Shiny New Members- send onto me with the membership form, see  http://sandycoveswimmers.com/sandycove-island-swim-club/#Documents   (and attached in this email) and pay through the Activ link

          

I can and will only process your memberships once this has been completed.

Club hats and tees are available through the link when renewing. Hats are €7, tee shirts are €15 and the new Sandycove Towel is €20. Donna and Angela will arrange to get these to you, if you require these to be posted there is an additional charge.     

I typically process memberships at the weekends only.

 

Please try to renew your membership by September 30th the Club will be able to receive a rebate for members renewed by this date. These funds will go towards Club events/ safety etc.
