Mailing Distribution List

Hi All,

In advance of the kick off of the 2018 swim year, the Club have revised the operation of this, the SISC mailing distribution list to ensure consistency and timing on communications. This mailing list  will be used more frequently during the coming months for local (and some Irish) swim info- including, but not limited to- what events are coming up, notification of event entries being opened for example. 

To support the above aim, the mailing is to be used exclusively by SISC committee members to share relevant information at the appropriate time. 

Unauthorized use of this mailing list will result in the sender being blocked without notice. We appreciate that individuals may wish to promote an event/ share information with others on the group- to support this, requests for information to be shared are in the first instance sent through to the SISC Club Secretary at clubsec....@gmail.com. The secretary will then send out as part of the planned comms for that month.

 

If you wish to unsubscribe, and no longer receive emails from The Club we will miss you! But you can follow instructions at end of this mail to do so.

 

Please note, SISC will not sell or give access to our members list to any individuals/organisations - expect Swim Ireland.  Any mails sent by the SISC will be clearly labelled as such.   If you received emails from other individuals/sources and wish to be taken off their lists then please advise them directly.   Many of you have previously signed up for open water swims, pool galas, google groups, etc. so don't be surprised if they contact you to come again to their events or notify you of other swimming news.
