Munster Swim / Event Calendar - updated May 2019

Hi all –

Please see the attached Open Water Swim Event Calendar for Munster for 2019.

Most events in May/June/July have their entry links open and are there to be entered.

 

Do not assume you can sign up last minute, when events meet the Entry quota they close. No trying to get in after that. For Safety reasons the entries must be managed to match the event safety plan.  IF you know you want to swim an event, enter now.

 

If you want to see how an event is run, ask to volunteer, on the water as a kayaker or on land as a time keeper etc, or parking attendant etc, there are lots to jobs to be covered to make an event run smooth. Just drop the event organiser an email.

 

The majority of events have pages on Facebook, as it is the easiest way to get information across without clogging up emails.  I know not everyone is on social media, so please check with event organiser if you have a question.

 

Please share this calendar among your training groups / emails / whatsapp groups / club pages etc, what ever it takes to help get to the non social media folk.!
