Job Title: Senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Service Techno-Functional Lead – Oracle Field Service
Location: Remote

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle EBS Service Techno-Functional Lead with deep expertise in Oracle Field Service and strong technical SQL capabilities. This role requires both functional ownership of the Service lifecycle and hands-on technical proficiency in EBS data model, reporting, and financial reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle EBS Service Functional Ownership

• Explain and manage the complete Service lifecycle within Oracle EBS
• Map business processes to EBS transaction flows
• Identify configuration dependencies across Service, Inventory, and AR
• Validate setups related to service billing, warranties, and RMAs
• Ensure service revenue and parts revenue traceability
• Analyze end-to-end transaction flow:
  Service Request → Work Order → Parts Issue → Billing → Accounts Receivable
• Ensure operational transactions align with financial outcomes

Technical (EBS Data Model & SQL – Critical Requirement)

• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS Service & Inventory data model
• Identify source tables for reporting and analytics
• Write complex SQL queries for reconciliation and validation
• Trace data lineage across modules
• Reconcile transactional discrepancies
• Validate data extraction logic
• Support UAT with detailed data validation

Must Understand:

• Subledger to GL flow
• Revenue recognition impact
• Deferred revenue scenarios (if applicable)

Required Experience

• 15+ years of Oracle EBS experience
• 7+ years specifically in EBS Service modules
• Strong hands-on SQL expertise
• Experience in manufacturing or high-tech service environments
• Experience supporting reporting and analytics initiatives from EBS
• Experience reconciling operational data with financial data
