Must have strong/advanced Excel skills

Job Description:

Requires in depth knowledge of organization stated technology standards, procedures and methods.
Manages medium to large projects.
Works with IT Business Partner and Several Business Units to ensure scope is explicitly defined and documented.
Reconcile Supplier quotations, Purchase Requisitions & Invoices.
Manage budget, forecast and actuals monthly, quarterly, yearly.
Establishes and executes a project communication plan.
Work with Cross-functional team leads.
BS degree or equivalent experience in related field required.

Two (2) to five (5) years' experience.
Applies knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and non-standard situations. Works independently with minimal guidance.
Experience in MS Excel, Word, Presentations.
Understand Software licensing and Renewals.
Knowledge of Salesforce, SAM Pro / Service Now.
Supports with Software Policy, Process and Procedures.
Experience working with Vendor Management team.
